Richard P. Johnson, Ph.D.,
Dr. Johnson (E-mail: johnson@pshdc.com) helps organizations assess their development needs. He is an Executive Coach for several large businesses, and designs specialized Team Building programs that create improved working relationships among employees. He provides lectures on a wide variety of organizationally relevant topics including Stress Reduction in the Workplace, Conflict Resolution Skills, Developing Empathic Listening Skills and Management in Times of Trauma and Crisis. He can assist in the creation of personnel assessment for all levels of employment.
Debra Resnick, Psy.D.,
Dr. Debra Resnick (E-mail:resnick@pshdc.com) has extensive experience in conducting needs assessments. She has assisted multiple organizations dealing with times of transition, mergers and downsizing in difficult business environments. She specializes in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) in corporate settings. The Organizational Development Services (ODS) team of which she is a member offers executive coaching, team building and personnel assessment.
Karen Jacobson, LSW,
Karen Jacobson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and adolescents in her clinical practice. Her background includes a certification in Core Energetics which focuses on integrating the mind, body and emotions. Karen has a masters degree in deaf education and is skilled in sign language. At this time Karen is bringing her life experience and skills to the field of Executive Coaching.
