Fee Schedules
The fees of PSHDC are largely governed by our contracts with insurance companies. PSHDC is a provider for many, but not all, insurance companies. We will gladly explain the fee structure for your specific plan. A designated representative of PSHDC will discuss any special financial conditions with you.
