Support Groups Life Coaching Group Do you want to sing in a coffee bar, sail around the world, take care of animals or change careers? Do you want to lose weight or learn to play the guitar? What is your secret dream? PSHDC will run an 8-week structured grooup on life coaching, Thursday evenings at our Swarthmore location. The group will help clients put their dreams into action. Come explore your personal vision and mission in life. Find out where you gain and lose energy, appraise your relationships, finances, short- and long-term goals. You will be given handouts and homework assignments each session, so you can learn to take responsibility for your own action plans and use this process long after this class! This supportive group may be just the inspiration you need to take that next step into your amazing future! See you there! Contact Dr. Richard P. Johnson for more information. Life Review PSHDC will run a group on life review for adults over 50 years old on Thursday evenings at our Swarthmore location. This group will combine discussion, sharing and hands on activity to help each member with their life story. Group members will bring in pictures, letters and memorabilia in order to construct a special life book. We will assess the important moments and people in your life, losses, regrets and struggles and what you would like to leave behind as a legacy. Group members will leave this 8-week program with a valuable keepsake. They will also have learned this life review process and can continue to use it on their own.
